“‘If the world hate you, know ye, that it hath hated me before you.'”

Ross McKnight is a Traditional Catholic father of five and a farmer/entrepreneur whose home business sells artisanal poultry to restauranteurs. His business was thriving... until he put a post on IG in which he claimed the month of June for the Sacred Heart and not for "false pride". In swept the woke mob.

Two-thirds of his revenue evaporated overnight... because he stood with the Sacred Heart.

In his next Instagram post, McKnight did not plead for mercy but instead stood strong: “We count it a privilege to have lost much,” he wrote. “It is an honor to participate, through the suffering of our family, in the triumph of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary,” he wrote. “‘If the world hate you, know ye, that it hath hated me before you.'”

But God will not be outdone in generosity. Here, just a few days after the incident, McKnight tells Michael Matt what it was like to go through "hell", and then to witness God's Providence in action.

Having just returned from La Salette, France -- where in 1846, Our Lady warned the world that the Devil would achieve great advances in turning Christ’s priests and ministers into “cesspools of impurity” -- this latest news, while heartbreaking, is certainly not surprising. John XXIII’s famous window, thrown open to let the winds of change enter the Church, also served as a porthole for demons to enter the holy places and tear down the priesthood so that they could tear down the Mass so that they could assault the Eucharistic Body of Jesus Christ all throughout the world. 

“Rome will lose the Faith, and become the seat of the Antichrist,” she warned. “But I will fight for the Children of Light.”

On June 1, 2023 some fifty American traditional Catholics made a pilgrimage to La Salette, France, to publicly stand with the Mother of God against those who are trying to uncrown Christ the King and abolish the faith of our fathers.

It’s hard for me to fathom that many of our readers today would not even have been born the first time I walked the Pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres. Since then, not a few dear friends and allies of The Remnant have also gone to their eternal reward. The world has changed in ways we could not have imagined back in 1991. Come to think of it, about the only thing that hasn’t changed is the Pilgrimage to Chartres, based as it is on the unchangeable realities of Catholic Tradition – the Latin Mass, the Rosary, the Catholic family, the Four Last Things, and the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ.

U.S. Coordinator, Michael J. Matt, who has walked the Chartres Pilgrimage 30 times, takes us through the magnificent triumph of the Pilgrimage -- the Chez Nous -- as 20,000 pilgrims pack out the Chartres Cathedral as well as the city center last year in Chartres.

This year, there will be even more pilgrims walking the 70-mile route from Paris to Chartres.
